Fine art (giclée) prints of birds start at $65 for A4 and $120 for A3. I love these prints — they are just as crisp and brilliant as the original, minus only the texture of paint on paper. You can buy off-the-shelf frames to suit A4 and A3 prints for less than $50, and frame it yourself. Choose one with an acid-free mount to avoid yellowing the print over time.
While I personally like (and buy) prints to enjoy what I couldn’t otherwise afford, there is still something special about an original. I’d like to give more people the opportunity to have their own. The originals listed here are all less than $200. They are small enough to fit standard off-the-shelf frames, should you choose to save on the cost of framing.
